Milk Monthly Expense Calendar for Android

Effective date: August 19, 2026

1. Overview

Milk Monthly Expense Calendar ("the App") is published by Dhinova Tech ("we", "us", "our"). Milk Monthly Expense Calendar is a daily delivery and expense diary: log what arrived, see the month at a glance, and send an invoice when the month closes.

The App is built to keep your data on your own device. We do not operate user accounts for it, and we cannot see what you store in it.

2. What the App handles

This table covers every category of data the App processes, what it is for, and where it ends up.

DataPurposeWhere it lives
Delivery and expense entries Your own monthly records On device, local SQLite database
Local
Customer and rate details you enter Producing invoices On device, local SQLite database

3. Where your data is stored

Everything marked Local above stays in the App's own storage on your device. We run no user database and no cloud sync for it, so there is no copy of your data on our side to lose, sell, or be compelled to hand over.

Uninstalling the app through Android removes its private database and every entry in it. Export a backup first if you want to keep your records.

4. Permissions

The App asks for the following, and nothing else:

You can review or revoke these at any time in Android Settings → Apps → Milk Monthly Expense Calendar → Permissions.

5. Third-party services

These are the only third parties the App can send anything to, and each one is listed with what triggers it.

Google Gemini — When you use voice entry, the audio or its transcript is sent to Google's Gemini API to turn speech into a delivery record. Typing an entry by hand never leaves your device. Their privacy policy.

WhatsApp — The 1-tap invoice hands a message you have reviewed to WhatsApp through Android's normal share mechanism. We do not send anything ourselves and we cannot see the conversation. Their privacy policy.

6. Analytics, ads and tracking

The App itself contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell to anyone else.

This is separate from the website you are reading now, which does use analytics with your consent. That is described in the website privacy policy.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because the App holds no accounts and transmits no personal data to us, there is no record on our side to delete.

8. Your rights

Because your data never reaches us, you exercise your rights directly and immediately, without asking us first:

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK and want to raise something under the GDPR, write to us at [email protected] and we will answer.

9. Security

The App is distributed only through Google Play, which signs and verifies every build. Install it from anywhere else and we cannot vouch for what you are running.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how the App handles data, this page changes with it and the effective date above moves. Material changes will also be noted in the App's store listing release notes.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about anything the App does with your data: [email protected]. We read everything sent there.
